Shahi Paneer is very popular dish in North Indians, because of people love for paneer makes it most favorite dish. It's easy to cook this dish. Here's easy and quick recipe which will be helpful in cooking this dish in minutes only !
Let's add chopped onion, salt sauté for 5 -6 minutes and add beaten curd and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes at least 6 and add spices and sauté it for 3 -4 minutes or so.
We have to be careful let it settle down and again open the lid of grinder and steam is out again grind it. continue this step for 3 times and finally we have the paste with us.
Procedure :-
First preheat you non stick kadhai /sauce pan and then add one tsp of oil and let it heat for a while then add whole spices as black pepper, cardamom, cashew nuts, cinnamon sticks, cloves and let the fragrance of whole spices be around you.
